With more than 150 years of combined Alaska fishing and hunting experience in our guide crew, we know we can do a great job of getting you to where the game is. You'll be spending part of your time in camp, however, and we want you to be comfortable and happy in this part of your trip, too. So we made a decision long ago to provide excellent guiding service "with first class accommodations.".
When you arrive, we’ll show you to your custom built cabin-style tent or cabin, where you will find all the comforts you need to stay warm and dry. You will enjoy a good night’s rest so that you'll be ready to charge off into the hills in search of caribou, moose, sheep, or bears.
Our Alaska wilderness camps are remote, but all base camps feature what we refer to as "the best of the essentials." Each camp is different, and some are more developed than others.
Our visitor "tents" in some camps are actually Alaska Tent and Tarp portable buildings, complete with comfortable cot, wood stove (and kindling!) propane lantern, wood floor and a mat for your feet on cold mornings.
Each morning before you head out from base camp for the hunting area, you will find a hearty, family-style breakfast waiting for you. Most of these hunting spots involve a short climb up into the hills or into the forests. It's a great way to hunt!
You can return to camp in time to clean up, and enjoy a fine dinner. Then sit around the wood stove and relive the events of the day.
Our camps may be located in bush Alaska, but we believe you will be delighted with our accommodations!
